Countdown to Christmas til this point!!

11. I am absolutely NOT good at wrapping presents! I do try though. My presents look wrinkled and ripped. PATHETIC!!

12. I’ll upload another fav. song, but that would have to be “Very Merry Christmas” by Dave Barnes. My precious Kathryn Hutcheson burnt me one of his CDs and now I’m in love!!

13. A typical Christmas Eve is a night in Alabama. We visit my other family in Alabama. We eat there and open presents from that side of the family. Hooray for family.

14. Ever sneak a peak? Why yes of course!!! I remember I knew that my brother got me Now 17 and I couldn’t wait to open it because all my other friends had it already. So, I went down stairs under the tree and found the one from my brother and opened it then I planned on re-wrapping it later…. buuut i forgot! Oh well :) I enjoyed that CD!

15. Still believe in Santa? No I don’t… unlike Brittney from Glee. Teehee. I stopped believing a lot time ago when I realized that “Santa’s” handwriting looked a lot like my parents’. Then I put two and two together to stop believing in Santa.

16. Favorite Christmas book? I don’t have one.

17. My first Christmas memory… hmmm that would have to be getting a bunch of beanie babies when I was like 6 or so. Whenever those were big. I remember I got SOOOO MANY of them. I just now got rid of them in a recent yard sale. Someone else’s burden now!!

18. If I could spend Christmas anywhere it would be on Lake Louise in Canada. We spent Christmas there one year and it was absolutely GORGEOUS!! I love to ski so if you add skiing and gorgeous views that is paradise for me!

19. Who’s most enthusiastic about Christmas? Well my mom definitely wears all the Christmas sweaters and stays on us to get everyone presents. So I’d say my mom is most into Christmas. We don’t really decorate our house, though. Just a tree with ornaments!

20. ONE Christmas wish… I would wish that my parents never had to worry about money. I don’t wish to be like super rich, but I just wish that they would be able to pay off our cars, our house and all that stuff and be able to put me and my brother through college and not have to worry. This may be a little selfish, but it’s my wish!

Countdown to Christmas: day TEN- Charities!!

Yessss!! I do give to charities!! It makes me feel all warm inside. I give to: -Salvation Army every time I leave Wal-Mart -Goodwill to share my winter clothes -Toys for tots!! Me and my brother give away our old toys to the kiddies -Christmas Memories at Kmart! I take a kid with a $100 limit around Kmart and let them get new clothes and toys I love love love kiddies and giving back. Anything I can do to help!

Countdown to Christmas: day NINE- Best traditions

Well unfortunately I don’t have any traditions except for just going to my grandmother’s house every Christmas day. We always get there around 2, eat, open presents, and just enjoy each other’s company! Most of the time we go skiing every winter break but this time we can’t go because I have mono :( boooo!!!

Countdown to Christmas: day EIGHT-Favorite Holiday Dessert

I am really not into desserts too much… weird I know!! But if I had to say something I’d say my grandmother makes a delicious strawberry cake. My grandmother is an EXCELLENT cook! We go to her house every holiday pretty much- Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Plus we go over there every Thursday for some good ole’ home cookin!! As far as desserts, gmama cooks a lot of pies and cakes on Christmas! She has to feed like twenty people!! P.S. I’m going to apologize in advance for the enormous amount of posts I’m about to make. I gotta catch up with the COUNTDOWN!!! :) Peace&&Flove

Ahhh… I just read the darling shout out to me!! You’re so precious!! I love to see your face after long breaks or even on short ones! I love sitting in your room watching Glee and Home Alone!! You’re one of my biffles and I will MISS YOUUUUU over break :( i WILL be coming to see you. Count on that!! Have fun and be safe in Jersey.

Countdown to Christmas: day SEVEN!!

My Favorite Memory…. Let’s see….

Well last year me and my boyfriend, Tyler. Make a gingerbread house with our friends. Tyler is quite a perfectionist (and it doesn’t help that he wants to be an architect), so he made sure ours was immaculate. Me and Tyler were on a “team” and my other two friends were on the other “team” and each team made one gingerbread house. I guess it was kind of a race/see-whose-is-better game. Yall be the judge:

Who won?!?! Hahaha…in all it was a very fun experience! One of the best Christmas memories.

My favorite Christmas albums have to be:

Nsync’s Home for Christmas album!! Yayy!! Anything Nsync makes me happy! My favorite song off this album is “O Holy Night (A cappella)” It warms my soul!!

And Jessica Simpson’s Rejoyce: The Christmas Album. This was back when she was big into singing (and still married to Nick Lachey). She can SING!! My favorite song from this album is “Baby it’s Cold Outside” :)
